Does NDS pay dividends? The NDS Board of Directors has decided in the past not to pay any dividends.

When does the NDS fiscal year end? NDS's fiscal year ends on 30 June.

How can I vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)? In order to vote in an AGM an investor should indicate to his broker that he wishes to receive information about a future voting and to have the voting material delivered to him. The broker will arrange for the information, which is dispatched by the Bank of New York, to be delivered to the investor and for the voting instructions given by the investor to be executed by the Bank of New York.

How can I find the date and details of NDS's next earnings release and earnings conference call? The dates of upcoming NDS earnings announcements for the current financial year are specified on the Financial Calendar page of the Investor Relations website. Details of earnings conference calls are generally posted to the financial calendar two (2) weeks prior to the announcement date.
