Panorama™ remote management
Panorama™ is a remote management system that is designed to reduce support calls. It leverages Jungo’s expertise in the connected home CPE. Panorama enables service providers to manage connected homes, networks, devices and services in both real-time and offline.
Panorama handles the connected home as a whole. It manages gateways, set-top boxes and other equipment. As a result customer support representatives manage and support the connected home at both the service and the CPE level.
Panorama's multi-layered view methodology provides end-to-end problem-solving tools resulting in more effective fault discovery, analysis and resolution. It includes a full network map-view which provides a comprehensive picture of both retail and managed devices. This enables support personnel to zoom in on a single device for more detailed monitoring and troubleshooting. Cross-device analysis enables these representatives to pinpoint the root cause of a failure quickly. They can also monitor and control a specific service.
