Dr. Abe Peled is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NDS Group Ltd. Prior to his appointment as Executive Chairman in July of 2011, Dr. Peled held the position of CEO of NDS Group Ltd from 1995 and in 2006 was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in addition to his role as CEO. Before joining NDS, Dr. Peled served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at Elron Electronic Industries in Israel from 1993 to 1995. From 1974 to 1993, Dr. Peled held various positions, most recently as Vice President for Systems and Software, in the Research Division at International Business Machines (IBM).

Alexander Gersh joined NDS in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Gersh was Chief Financial Officer at FLAG telecom, from 2003 to 2005 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NextiraOne North America from 2002 to 2003.  Mr. Gersh has also held senior international finance roles at British Telecommunications and Motorola in the United Kingdom and Russia.  Mr. Gersh is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Black Earth Farming LTD, a company involved in the acquisition and subsequent management of agricultural assets in Russia.  Mr. Gersh is a Certified Public Accountant.

Raffi Kesten is responsible for global operations at NDS. He was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Mr. Kesten joined NDS in 1996 as Vice President and General Manager of NDS Technologies Israel Limited, an indirect subsidiary of NDS. Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Kesten held senior engineering and  operating positions at various international companies in Israel, including Indigo, Intel and Tadiran.

Michael Dick is Senior Vice President responsible for Global Systems Delivery for all NDS customer deployments. Mr. Dick was one of the founders of NDS. He was appointed to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining NDS Mr. Dick held positions at Mehish Computer Services.

Yorai Feldman is Senior Vice President responsible for global research and development activity throughout NDS. Appointed to the role in 2007, Mr. Feldman oversees proactive and customer related development across all NDS development centers. Mr. Feldman joined NDS in 1992 and has held various technical and management positions. Prior to joining NDS he held positions at Motorola, Citibank and AT&T.

Brinton King was appointed Vice President, R&D in September 2010; in this role he is responsible for R&D and Delivery for many of our large European customers. Mr. King has been with NDS since 2001 managing global teams and leading some of our most challenging projects in the US and Europe. Prior to joining the company he held positions at IBM, Teleplan and Xyratex.

As an NDS Vice President and General Manager of Sales for NDS Americas, Mr. Knutsson is responsible for the overall sales strategy and account management activities in North America as well as implementing new business initiatives. He works closely with NDS customers including Cablevision, Comcast, Cox Communications, Cogeco, DIRECTV, Rogers Communications and Charter Communications. Mr. Knutsson was previously Vice President of Interactive TV at NDS, where he helped to develop leading edge pay-TV applications, as well as branded content for major broadcasters. Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Knutsson was the Business Manager at Visionik, which when purchased by NDS in 1996 formed the core of NDS Denmark.

Pyrros Koussios has held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development since joining the company in 1999. In this capacity, Mr. Koussios is responsible for strategy and corporate development.  Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Koussios worked at Cable & Wireless from 1994 to 1999 where he held various sales and business development related roles. Prior to that, Mr. Koussios founded a start-up data networking company in Switzerland.

Ismat Levin joined NDS in May 1993 and is Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Levin leads the global legal function at NDS and also serves as a director of several of our affiliated entities. Ms. Levin oversees a team responsible for setting overall legal strategy, negotiating deals with customers, suppliers and partners; managing the trademark and litigation portfolio and maintaining legal compliance. Ms. Levin is a Solicitor and received her LLB (Hons) law degree from the University of London. Prior to joining us, Ms. Levin worked at the London City law firm of SNR Denton.

Stuart McGeechan is Vice President and General Manager, Professional Services at NDS where he is responsible for all programs of work for the company’s professional services organisation focussed on the America’s. Stuart joined NDS in August 1996 and has held a variety of executive-level project and programme management positions during his tenure with the company. Previously, he worked in the Defence industry for 13 years.

David Nabozny is Senior Vice President responsible for major accounts at NDS. In his role he manages key NDS accounts throughout Europe and the US. Mr. Nabozny joined NDS in 1993 and has held various senior positions throughout the company. Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Nabozny spent 14 years working with IBM.

Gorm Nielsen joined NDS in 1993 and is Senior Vice President responsible for Strategy and Business Development.  Mr. Nielsen also serves as a director of several of the company’s affiliated entities.  Prior to joining NDS, Mr. Nielsen held positions at News Corporation and Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London.  Mr. Nielsen is a Chartered Accountant.

Derek Nottingham is Vice President and General Manager of NDS UK. In this role Mr. Nottingham oversees all UK operations including those for NDS’ corporate headquarters. Prior to joining NDS in 1993, Mr. Nottingham held various positions at BSkyB and BT.

In his current role, Yves Padrines is in charge of NDS activities in Europe, Russia, CIS, the Middle East and Africa. He is also the General Manager of NDS France and NDS GmbH in Germany. Yves joined NDS in 2004 and has held a number of senior management roles in sales and business development. Prior to joining NDS, Yves held various positions in product marketing, business development, finance and business consulting with international companies in the media and media technology industries including Canal+ Technologies, Creative Labs Inc in California and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Nigel Smith is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NDS; in this role he is responsible for all corporate marketing activities. Previous to joining NDS in 1995, Mr. Smith held several roles within software companies in the area of advanced database development.

Sue Taylor is the Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for all NDS operations in Asia Pacific. Appointed to Senior Vice President in 2008, Ms. Taylor has been with NDS since 1995. Prior to joining the company she held positions at Apple and NextComputing.

In his current role, Nick Thexton leads a global division within NDS that is tasked with leading the company’s technical investigations into new areas of business. Prior to this role, Mr. Thexton led the UK R&D arm within the company. Before joining NDS in 1994, Mr. Thexton worked with UK broadcasters Channel 4 and Thames Television in the design and project management of studio facilities.

Andrew Woodward is Vice President & Group Financial Controller of NDS Group Ltd. Mr. Woodward joined NDS in 1994 and is responsible for overseeing the finances of all NDS Group companies. Before joining NDS, Mr. Woodward held positions at News Corporation and Arthur Andersen.

Eran Rom is Chief Executive Officer of Jungo, an NDS Group company. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Rom was COO of the company. Before joining Jungo, he held executive positions at Phonetic Systems, Identify software and Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd.

Amir Yoffe is Chief Executive Officer of CastUP, an NDS Group company. Before joining CastUP, Mr. Yoffe held various executive positions in software development, infrastructure and communications corporations. Among them he was CEO of a leading information security company, vice president at Netwise and a division manager at Netvision – a leading ISP in Israel.
